The client database is your, the practitioner’s property, and only you can edit it. However, if you’re using a third-party dispensary, the admin staff need access to this data to process orders and complete admin tasks.
A client’s data revolves around their email address, and for many reasons, clients are unable to share email addresses. Shared email addresses are typically within families, and these issues can be resolved with clear labelling and communication.
Practitioners can store and manage their client details (names, contact information, commission settings, etc.) in the database. Our multiple search options make it easy to access, reorder or export data as a PDF for record-keeping elsewhere.
We strongly recommend you add the client’s details to the database before writing their formula. The minimal possible data is shared with Google during registration or when the client contacts a dispensary.
