Third-party herbal dispensaries must manage access to herbs by adhering to regulatory requirements and restricting access to qualified practitioners. Practitioners can be added to the Dispensing Platform in two ways:

1. Existing, verified practitioners can be sent an invitation email to access the site. This process involves the preparation of accounts, which only require a change in password. Our bespoke CSV file template for client details greatly simplifies the bulk transfer of client data onto the platform.
2. New practitioners just need to register, confirm their email address and await the dispensary review. Once their account is approved, they receive a secure login to access all the tools on the site.

Client accounts are automatically registered and instantly accessible (once they confirm their email address).
