As a practitioner, you have three payment options:
- Pay for prescriptions by credit card when placing an order.
- Use your ‘on-account’ agreement if you have one.
- Use the ‘client pays’ option.
When ‘client pays’ is chosen, a secure payment link is emailed to the client requesting funds, with the price and the product clearly explained. The dispensary only gets notification of the order when it’s paid for, and if the client misplaces the email, you can resend the link from their dashboard.
