Contracts are on a rolling monthly basis. If a dispensary wishes to stop using the Dispensing Platform and wants a copy of their data, it will be supplied in CSV file format for an admin fee.

Practitioner Dispensaries have access to the core services offered on DP, saving them considerable time, energy and costs, while raising standards without being tied to set monthly or annual fees.

This is an off-the-shelf option without personalised adaptation and limited to a single admin user. The limits to the number of customers and prescriptions are generous and unlikely to be reached.

Our 2.5% transaction handling fee will easily be covered by time and admin savings. This service can be added to an existing WordPress website and is perfect for smaller outfits that wish to streamline, professionalise or expand their operations.

The Dispensary Gold Service includes personalised branding adaptations to the front of the site to reflect the company’s identity and products. This option includes blogging, shipping, multiple practice, practitioner and patient portal features.

There is an initial set-up fee to personalise a site, based on the hours required, and a 1.5% handling fee on transactions, irrespective of the number of prescriptions, clients or practitioners. This service is perfect for larger outfits that wish to streamline and grow their operations by adding value to their business model and supporting their client base.
