Direct access to familiar banking platforms increases confidence and dramatically reduces the time and costs spent chasing, processing and checking payments. Practitioners have three payment options open to them:
- Pay for prescriptions by credit card when they place an order.
- Use their ‘on-account’ agreement if they have one.
- Use the ‘client pays’ option.
When ‘client pays’ is chosen, a secure payment link is emailed to the client requesting funds, with the price and the product clearly explained. Notifications of orders are only sent to the dispensary when they’ve been paid for.
