The client database is the practitioner’s property, and only they can edit it. Third-party dispensary admin staff only access this data to process orders and complete admin tasks. The minimal possible data is shared with Google during registration or when a client contacts the dispensary.

All client data revolves around their email address, and for order processing, the client requires an email address. For many reasons, clients are unable to share email addresses, as it merges client data. However, if the dispensary is alerted to a shared address issue, it can be managed quite simply.

Practitioners can store and manage client details (names, contact information, commission settings, etc.) in the database, where our search options make it easy to access, reorder or export data as a PDF for record-keeping elsewhere.

We strongly recommend that practitioners add the client’s details before writing their formula.
