The Dispensing Platform (DP) is designed by a herbalist, for herbalists and dispensaries. Writing formulas isn’t easy, and a typical script traditionally takes 10 to 15 steps from concept to writing, filing, emailing etc. to receiving payment.

Unfortunately, things can go wrong with most of those steps, and DP removes the possibility of duplications, misspellings, choosing unavailable herbs or omitting doses, addresses or other details that require attention from someone.

There’s a TEAM database to quickly add and adapt classic formulas and a ‘Formula Builder’ for other scripts. Favourite formulas can be named and saved in a bespoke folder (as well as in the client’s one), and all scripts can be repeated and adjusted in the Cart.

Practitioners get to choose languages, add branding to labels and provide personalised instructions with ease. There’s also support with information on herb doses, names, substitutions, and how processes alter individual herbs.

These features make it much easier for herbalists to practice, and they also make it much simpler and quicker for retail dispensaries to fulfil orders. Everyone can see exactly how much herbs/scripts cost, and payments can be taken directly from the patients, which saves a great deal of time and energy.
